Usability

Users should have an option to submit a request for their On-Demand instances to be converted to Reservations. This would be enabled via the Self-Service Reservations feature in the Metal Customer Console.

Large companies, with established procurement processes, require a structure to manage POs and match them to invoices. Equinix Metal should support customers creating and updating Purchase Order (PO) numbers via the Metal Console.

European customers would like to see Equinix Metal have a DPA. This would make it easier for customers to seek GDPR compliance.
