Automated shared Fabric connections

It would be great to have the workflow for creating shared Fabric connections automated similar to how it works on AWS.
The proposed workflow is as follows:
Creation:
- User creates Fabric connection in Fabric portal towards Equinix Metal.
- Automation generates a connection that is pending for approval on the Equinix Metal portal. (Should also be able to do auto approval when using automation tools such as Terraform)
- User approves the connection on the Equinix Metal portal and can then associate the virtual circuit with their internal VLAN.
Deletion:
- User deletes Connection in Equinix Metal portal which also automatically deletes the connection on the Fabric portal.

This feature named as Fabric VC is available for customers to order via manual enablement as a limited release feature. Please contact your Equinix Metal sales or Customer success team to access this capability. There are two types of Fabric VCs available to order 1. Fabric VC (Metal Billed) for connecting from Metal to a local Equinix Fabric ports or provider gateways. Note that this option will be billed at a hourly rate from Equinix Metal depending on the speed of the Fabric VC. Please contact your Equinix Metal sales or customer success team for details.
- Fabric VC (Fabric Billed) for connecting from any Fabric participant into Metal.
This feature replaces the legacy "ECX" token based provisioning workflow which required manual acceptance of the connection after the ECX token is redeemed from the fabric portal. Customers enabled for the Fabric billed option will be able to benefit from faster provisioning times for their connection requests into Metal without having to wait for manual approval from Metal customer success team.
