Currently for a fabric billed shared connection, a customer can requests throughput update for an existing virtual connection (VC) via fabric portal. The new throughput will then be synchronized between Fabric portal and Metal portal. But for Metal billed share connection, neither Metal’s portal nor Fabric’s portal can update the throughput.

A customer will have to delete the current VC and re-request a new VC with a new throughput.
